La Flotilla de San Pedro: One Church, One Journey

As part of the 178th Parochial Fiesta of San Pedro Cathedral, the Archdiocese of Davao held La Flotilla de San Pedro on June 27, 2026 — its first Archdiocesan Grand Fiesta Procession, under the theme “One Church, One Journey.”

The procession set out from Roxas Avenue and passed along C.M. Recto Avenue, A. Bonifacio Street, Anda Street, and San Pedro Street before ending at San Pedro Square. Eleven floats led the way, each representing a parish or devotional community of the Archdiocese, San Pedro Cathedral among them.

More than a thousand of the faithful joined, alongside Sayaw-Saulog performers from the different vicariates, the Magallanes Elementary School Drum and Bugle Corps, the University of Mindanao Brass Band, the Knights of Columbus, the cathedral’s priests, and members of the Basic Ecclesial Communities (GKKs).

Most Rev. Romulo G. Valles, D.D., Archbishop of Davao, presided at the concluding Mass. Two days later, on June 29, the parish celebrated the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, the feast of our patron.
